About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Client Manager to support our Business
Insurance team. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, helping with renewals,
new business, and day-to-day service. It’s a great chance to grow your skills
and build strong client relationships!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the main contact for clients, building lasting relationships
- Support client requests, prepare proposals, and attend meetings
- Handle renewals, compare coverage options, and submit to carriers
- Process coverage changes and endorsements
- Support your team and mentor newer colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years experience in commercial insurance or client account service
- Property & Casualty license (we can help you get it if needed)
- Good with computers, especially agency management systems and Microsoft Office
- Organized, communicative, and a team player
- Passionate about helping clients and working collaboratively
