Job Title: Contract Paralegal (English, Korean Bi-Lingual)

Contract Period: 1yr. 

Working Location: Plano, TX 75075 (Onsite)

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Pay range: $30 - $34 Per Hour on W2. 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certification, or minimum 1+ year of experience in contract management (preferably within the logistics or transportation industry).

Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial agreements with the ability to review, analyze, and manage contracts effectively.

Excellent research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn and use contract management systems (eg, Cello);

bilingual in English and Korean .
