? 모집 분야

1. 서버 (Full-Time / Part-Time)

연령: 20~30대

 

지원조건: 미국 내 합법적 취업이 가능하신 분

 

우대사항:

 • Korean BBQ 또는 고기집 경력자

 • 풀타임 가능자 (주중 포함 주 4일 이상 근무 가능자)

 • 영어 필수 / 한국어는 필수는 아니지만 기본 소통 가능자 우대

 

주요 업무:

 • 고객 응대 및 테이블 서비스

 • 음료 및 주류 서비스

 • 테이블 세팅 및 청결 유지

 • 계산 및 결제 처리

 

근무시간:

 • 풀타임: 10:50AM – 11:00PM

 • 런치: 10:30AM – 4:50PM

 • 디너: 4:50PM – 11:00PM

 (※ 시간은 추후 조정될 수 있음)

 

2. 호스티스 (Full-time/Part-time)

 

연령: 20~39세

 

언어: 영어 & 한국어 모두 가능자 필수

 

주요 업무:

 • 손님 응대 및 웨이팅 관리

 • 전화 응대 및 예약 관리

 • 좌석 배정 및 기본 매장 지원

 

근무시간:

 • 평일: 5:00PM – 10:00PM

 • 금/토/일: 12:00PM – 10:00PM

We’re Charkor Guys (숯놈들) — ayoung and trendy Korean BBQ restaurant getting ready for our Grand Opening in Duluth, GA!

Led by a young owner and manager, we’re looking for passionate, positive, and responsible individuals to join our team and help us build the best dining experience in town.

 Now Hiring:

1. Server (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Age Requirement: 20s to 30s
Work Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Korean BBQ or similar meat-focused restaurants

• Available for full-time (4+ days/week including weekdays)

• Fluent in English

• Korean proficiency is a plus, but not required (basic communication preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and serving guests

• Handling beverages and alcoholic drinks

• Maintaining table setup and cleanliness

• Processing payments

Shifts:

• Full-Time: 10:50AM – 11:00PM

• Lunch: 10:30AM – 4:50PM

• Dinner: 4:50PM – 11:00PM

2. Hostess (Full Time/Part-Time)

Age Requirement: 20–39 years old
Language Requirement: Must speak both English and Korean

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and managing guest waitlists

• Handling phone calls and reservations

• Assigning tables and assisting front-of-house operations

Shifts:

• Weekdays: 5:00PM – 10:00PM

• Fri/Sat/Sun: 12:00PM – 10:00PM
