Production Management

-Manage production planning, inventory control, and equipment maintenance

-Analyze production loads and supervise on-site operators

-Establish and control production schedules to meet targets and deadlines

-Monitor key performance indicators (equipment utilization, UPH, defect rate, on-time delivery rate)

-Operate and maintain ERP, MES, and other production management systems

 

 

General Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree or higher (No entry-level positions)

-Strong sense of e.thics and basic English communication skills with local employees

-High level of responsibility and commitment to assigned duties

-Effective communication skills with supervisors and team members

-Proficiency in preparing reports using PowerPoint and Excel
