Position: General Affairs Specialist
Location: COVINGTON, GA
JOB SUMMARY
Absolics is a leading provider of advanced packaging technologies and services, offering scalable solutions for business of high-performance computing. General affairs administrator at Absolics Inc will have a unique opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team. The position is responsible for negotiating with suppliers to purchase goods and services for the company they represent. This role may have the following duties and responsibilities.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing general administrative duties for day-to-day business operation
• Managing and tracking all supplies, hardware, and assets
• Supporting by adhering to internal control policies and procedures, including areas for improvement
• Evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, availability, and other criteria
• Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best deals on behalf of the company
• Verifying purchases by comparing them to a master list and recommending alternatives for expensive or irrelevant products
• Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
• Authorizing payments and maintaining receipts, records, and inventories
QUALITIFICATION:
• Work experience for 5 years
• Bilingual - Korean/English preferred
• Administrative experience within a manufacturing/operational environment preferred
• Negotiation skills
• Analytical skills
• Judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
EDUCATION:
• Minimum Associate’s Degree
