Position Title: Logistic Specialist (Repair Parts)
Department: Financial Automation Division – RMA/Operation Team
Reports To: RMA Operation Team Leader
Location: Duluth, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Non-Exempt
About the Role
The Logistic Specialist (Repair Parts) is responsible for managing inbound and outbound repair parts for ATM and TCR equipment. This position supports overall logistics operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, module testing, and packing. The role ensures accurate inventory management and efficient logistics processes to support the quality and service standards of ATEC USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Management
Receive repair parts, perform inspection, verify quantities, and register items into the system
Process outbound shipments using UPS/FedEx and track delivery status
Prepare shipping labels, packaging, waybills, and other logistics documentation
- Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy
Support cycle counts and scheduled physical inventory audits
Organize warehouse areas, label storage locations, and comply with OSHA safety guidelines
- Repair & Testing Support
Perform basic inspections, testing, and packing of ATM/TCR modules (training provided)
Check part condition and support repair activities based on quality standards
- Documentation & Reporting
Maintain inbound/outbound logs, repair logs, return records, and system documentation
Communicate effectively with supervisors and related departments regarding workflow and issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Email)
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety standards
- Prior
experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
Preferred Experience
- Experience
with electronic device repair or testing
Work Environment
- Work location: ATEC USA Headquarters (Duluth, GA)
- Warehouse and testing environment; PPE and safety compliance required
- Overtime
may occur when volume increases (OT paid according to labor laws)
