신입 엔지니어로서 다음과 같은 일을 하며 현장 경험을 쌓게 됩니다:
클린룸 및 드라이룸 설치 보조 및 실무 학습
GMP 및 HACCP 기준에 따른 현장 업무 이해 및 적용
선임 엔지니어 및 프로젝트 매니저와의 협업
회사의 표준 절차 및 안전 수칙 준수
현장 점검, 기술 문서 작성, 프로젝트 보고 지원
한국어 및 영어로 팀원, 고객, 협력사와 원활한 커뮤니케이션

Y2TECH specializes in designing and installing cleanroom and dry room systems—spaces that meet the highest hygiene and safety standards, especially in food, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries. We follow strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines and are growing fast.
We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual team member who’s ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with us. No prior engineering experience? No problem. If you’re eager to learn and up for a challenge, we’ll support you every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and learn hands-on about:
Assisting with cleanroom and dry room system installations
Understanding and applying GMP and HACCP standards
Collaborating with senior engineers and project managers on real-world projects
Following safety guidelines and company procedures
Helping with site inspections, technical documentation, and project reporting
Communicating clearly in both Korean and English with teammates, clients, and partners
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need engineering experience to apply. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to grow. We’re looking for someone who:
Is fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
Holds U.S. citizenship
Is eager to learn new things and take on challenges
Has a reliable, hands-on, and positive approach to work
Is open to working on-site and traveling for projects when needed
Bonus (Not Required, But Nice to Have)
Interest in cleanroom systems, HVAC, GMP/HACCP, or similar areas
Any past experience in technical, construction, or facility-related roles
