Job Title: Logistic Operations

Work location: 17785 Center Court Dr. Suite 450, Cerritos, CA 90703

Duration: 6+ months

Work Hours: 08:30 ~ 17:30 (subject to change)  

Bilingual in English and Korean

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate global import logistics and ensure customs compliance

• Provide freight pricing and manage relationships with logistics providers

• Maintain SOPs and ensure operational excellence

• Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) for customer satisfaction

• Prepare reports and support ad-hoc business needs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding (ocean/air/trucking)

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Bilingual in English and Korean

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
