SYS-CON, LLC, founded in 2002, is one of the largest general contractors in the Southeastern United States, providing exceptional customer-focused services in industrial construction. We are currently seeking additional team members for the following multiple positions.
Construction Project Administrator
Job summary :
- Prepare, review, and manage construction contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Coordinate permit applications and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Support the project manager in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Handle correspondence, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in construction project administration, procurement, or contract management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
Accounting Specialist
Job summary :
- Perform day to day accounting functions such as AP and AR
- Prepares accounts receivable statements
- Create and process vendor payments
- Assist Accounting Manager in monthly general ledger closing and reconciliations
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Manages and supports the monthly close process
- Prepare and perform company’s license, permits
- Maintains record keeping, filing systems and processes daily mail
- Communicate with employees in multiple locations regarding orders and vendor requests
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Basic accounting knowledge is required.
- Experience in QuickBooks is a plus.
Qualifications :
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and AP workflow
- Preferred: Experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop
- Bi- lingual Korean and English
Office Assistant
Job summary :
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Support various departments with day-to-day operations.
- Bi- lingual Korean and English
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bi- lingual Korean and English
