Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Work location: 3575 Koger Boulevard, Duluth, GA 30096

Duration: 1 year

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Bilingual Korean/English

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and information systems

• Review incoming documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting before input

• Verify and correct data discrepancies by comparing source documents with database records

• Prepare, organize, and digitize physical documents for electronic storage

• Generate reports, summaries, and data extracts as needed by management

• Track and maintain logs of completed work and report any data inconsistencies

• Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data-security procedures

• Assist with regular audits to ensure data integrity

• Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing information or clarify data questions

• Support general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles preferred

• High attention to detail with strong accuracy and typing proficiency

• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

• High school/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with databases or ERP systems a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
