1. 모집부분
1) HR Specialist

2) Specific Duties
- Coordinate and maintain all documentation regarding employees
- Assist HR manager with coordination of the position management process
- Prepare documentation for new and terminated employee files
- Recruit, interview and contribute to the selection of most qualified candidates for open positions
- Coordinate orientation, training, and onboarding for new employees
- Assists with bi-weekly payroll
- Assists with annual benefit enrollment
- Manage, Plan, and Coordinate Company Event Planning
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries
- All other duties as assigned

 3) Job Skills and Qualifications
- Able to work in a team environment: collaborative
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow through on assigned tasks
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- ADP experience preferred
