Job description
Store managers position includes but not limited to:

Under the direction of the Corporate Managers, ensure the store team performs various tasks specific to the successful operation, following the prescribed guidelines for service
Engage with the store team to develop their skills to create a successful team. Managers will also require to motivate and inspire employees to become brand ambassadors to drive and achieve a successful brand.
Supervises the day-to-day operations of their team, escalating issues to the appropriate level of support and/or leadership when necessary

Role and Responsibilities
Ensures customer satisfaction with mochinut experience
Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
Ensures all store employees follow company sanitary and safety procedures
Handles customer complaints and resolves issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner
Ensure crew members and team leads perform daily duties and tasks according to the assignments by you or the HQ.
Manage inventory and supplies for the store. Communicate with HQ when necessary
Recruit new talents, perform hire interviews, and make hiring decisions. Access and Evaluate store employees
Store Performance Reporting

Salary
$18-$20 per hour, decided after the interview

Qualification
Must be 18 or older
Authorized to work in the US
High school or equivalent (Required)
Must be able to work five days a week
