성형외과 구인 Medical Assistant/receptionist for Plastic Surgery Office > 구인/구직/과외

Dr. Mang is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in mommy makeovers and facial rejuvenation.
We are looking for a medical assistant/ receptionist who can work full time with us.

The ideal candidate is upbeat and genuinely enjoys helping people. Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude are required.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Preparing patients for examination by Surgeon; capturing all vital signs, providing exam gown, taking photos, starting progress notes (Scribe) & other key indicators as directed, utilizing universal precautions
Gathering information and patient history including medical history sheet, medications, allergies, lab work and supporting triage
Assisting Surgeon as needed with examinations, measurements, and photos
Responsible for carrying out patient care directives instructed by the Surgeon to ensure quality patient care such as removing and applying dressing, applying garments, topical anesthetic, cold packs, etc
Monitoring clinical supply inventory, requisitioning supplies & coordinating restock process
Assisting in the pre-operative area on surgery days
Assisting in the operating room, utilizing sterile technique to set up the OR and pass instruments
Cleaning and sterilizing instruments and equipment
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out
Experience in a plastic surgery office preferred.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Korean
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various audiences
Superior listening skills with the ability to quickly comprehend instructions in emergency situations
