Job Opening – Warehouse/Admin Support

• Position: Warehouse and Administrative Support
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Support warehouse operations and assist with clerical tasks
  • Organize inbound/outbound shipment data and prepare reports
  • Assist with invoicing and basic accounting tasks

o          Assist the operations team with communications and tasks while they are traveling  

• • Help operations team oversee logistics hubs and station operations
  • Assist in managing transportation schedules and documentation
• Qualifications:
  • Strong English communication skills (Korean is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with SAP or WMS and Tracking Management System preferred
  • Logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred
• Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Employment Type:
  • Temp to hire (with potential for full-time conversion)
