Hello,

We are a freight brokerage company looking to hire an Invoicing team member.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and request all invoices from Truckers
• Coordinate with Logistics Coordinators to make sure all charges from Truckers are correct
• Process and Create invoices from System
• Send all invoices to Customers
• Input all invoices into Aging Report
• Coordinate and complete all disputes with Truckers
• Ensure that all invoices are accurate and sent to Customers in a timely manner
• Report to Manager

Qualifications:

• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills
• Keep organization and time management skills
• Good collaboration and team work abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to us Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Google Sheets

Remarks:

• Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
• No weekend work
• Perks available at the office break room
• Salary start at $40,000/year
