Responsible for preparing and managing the outbound shipment plan. Its main duties include reviewing orders/shipments and coordinating the plan’s execution with Sales, Transportation and Operations.
Duties:
• Generate daily shipping plans taking in consideration customer and internal constraints.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Respond to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Review orders and shipments to ensure accuracy
• Make special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Monitor shipments and coordinate changes to the plans
Knowledge/Skill/Ability:
• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills
• Keep organization and time management skills
• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in the use of computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiar with Inventory Control Software (ex: Finale) – Preferred

• Salary: starting $3500/month (Negotiable depending on experience)
• Health insurance with dental and vision- Company will cover 100% (after 6 months from starting date)
• 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year
• Working hour: M-F, 8am-4:30pm, 1 hour lunch break
• Bilingual Korean and English
• Office location – Doraville, GA
