Day to day
a. Budgetary Quotation Process:
1. Identify projects which must respond to quotations on RFQ schedule sheet.
2. Check projects which are requested by HQ Sales dept.
3. Update projects requested via email on RFQ schedule sheet.
4. Release RFQ file to approved vendors along with packing list.
5. Summarize and analyze budgetary quotation collected by vendors in order to check whether the pricing is appropriate level in U.S market trend.
6. Report to upper management the summarized and analyzed quotation for approval.
7. Respond to the above-analyzed quote per project to HQ Sales dept.

Quarterly
    a. Transportation/Installation Bidding Process:
      1. List up all on-hand projects subject to targeting delivery date.
      2. Check the above list with the manufacturing schedule to verify any missing projects.
      3. Divide several groups based on the destination of the above project.
      4. Request and collect all information necessary for bidding by communicating with HQ Sales.
      5. Prepare the RFQ document.
      6. Release RFQ to Hyundai's approved freight and installation vendors.
      7. Summarize and analyze firm quotations submitted by vendors.
      8. Report to top management vendors selected per group along with proof of document
      9. Issue notice to vendors awarded.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business supply chain or related field.
2. Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
