* Job Description

1. Minimum Requirements: Candidates must have or be the following:
1) Eng or B.S. in Biomedical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalency
2) Bilingual in Korean and English (Fluency in English is more important)
3) Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or LPR)

2. Skills & Work Experience:
1) Have digital X-RAY, DR, C-ARM Hardware repair experience preferable
2) Positive, professional personality, comfortable in front of groups/customers
3) Demonstrated customer facing skills
4) Communicate well in person and by phone and email
5) Responsible, accountable, and ability to work well as a team member and cross-functionally
6) Prior experience working in the health care industry or a regulated environment preferred
7) Healthcare IT Experience a plus
Working knowledge of PACS, DICOM, HIPAA requirements and PHI protections preferred
Networking - demonstrated experience troubleshooting IP, routing, connectivity, latency issues, and knowledge of web services, certificates
8) Familiarity with MS Office, Google drive, CRM
9) Comfortable in high pressure situations
10) Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
11) Forklift license holder or able to use it (a plus, Not required)

3. Job Responsibilities:
1) Providing product training and technical assistance/guidance to client
2) IQC, OQC process for in and out Salse/Repair product
3) Analyzing and repairing defective products.
4) Recording and managing service-progress of each claim through the CRM server
5) Packing/unpacking the products and organizing storage area in warehouse.
6) Performing inventory checks and manage to keep sufficient spare inventory.
7) Keep communicate with HQ for the latest information for all service process.
8) Creating invoices and shipping labels and placing them on each box for service product
9) Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the company.
4. Special Working Conditions:
1) Attend Video/conference calls with HQ after business hours if needed.
2) Remote support is required if needed
3) Business trip to client site if needed.
4) Overtime may occur if urgent products need to be handled.

*Job Description

4) Administrative work experience preferable

2. Additional Skills: The Candidate also should be able to:
1) Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services.
2) Communicate well in person and by phone and email.
3) Be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks and preferable with proactive attitude
4) Be knowledgeable of and proficient in Quickbook & Microsoft office (Experience with SAP a plus)
  5) Forklift license holder or able to use it (a plus, Not required)

3. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Candidate will perform the following duties and carry out the following responsibilities:
1) Perform general bookkeeping duties including:
- Entering all receipts and disbursement in the journal and general ledger
- Recording daily financial transactions data
- Keeping files in order and sorting out payments
2) Perform general receptionist duties including:
- Answering the phone in a professional manner and handling calls accordingly
- Arranging shipping of marketing materials or items to clients
- Forwarding any emails or calls from customer regarding their defective product or questions to    Service team with warranty information
- Responding to visitors and deliveries upon arrivals
3) Perform shipping process including:
  - Creating invoices and shipping labels and placing them on each box
  - Shipping out packages following pickup schedule
  - Tracking until arrival to the destination and responding if any delays or issues occur
  - Packing/unpacking the products and organizing storage area in warehouse.
  - Following up with shipping notice to customer and providing software license number
4) Checking inventory status with Sales and Demonstration/Exhibition purpose product
5) Support OQC process for Sales product before shipment
6) Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Company.
