1. Position: Accounting Specialist
- Communicate and delegate daily tasks for the department(Processing billing invoices)
- Review, analyze, reconcile general ledger accounts, and analyze and interpret variances.
- Assist with month and year-end financial audits, month-end close journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and financial statement reviews
- Prepare and analyze monthly bank and account reconciliation.
- Manage the entire accounts payable process, including the month-end accruals.
- Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.
- Reviews that all invoices, receiving paperwork, purchase orders, and required documents are properly entered into the system for the weekly check runs.
- Perform as a team member and assist fellow associates in ensuring smooth and compliant operation.
