SMP Corporation / Natura Media USA is a wholesaler and manufacturer's representative of polyester films (SKC), digital print media (Natura Media), and window tinting films (Techpia USA). Our distributors and dealers are located throughout the US and Canada. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lawrenceville, GA for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and providing product information and guidance.

Responsibilities
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Comfortable using computers and proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with customer support.
• Bilingual of English and Korean
