Position: Accounting Specialist

Location: Duluth, GA
Type: Regular Full-time(정규직), 100% On-site

 

 * 업무내용

• 매입/매출 관리 (AP/AR)

• 공급업체 청구서 처리, 고객 인보이스 발행 및 추적, 기한 내 결제 및 수금 관리를 담당

• 재무 보고서 작성

• 월간 재무제표 초안 준비, 데이터 수집 및 분석, Controller 검토용 보고서 작성을 수행

• 급여 및 직원 경비 처리

• 급여 계산 및 지급, 세금 원천징수, 직원 경비 보고서 검토 및 처리를 담당

• 은행 계좌 및 결제 관리

• 일일 거래 기록, 계좌 조정, 전자 송금 시스템 운영, 현금 포지션 모니터링을 수행

• ERP/회계 소프트웨어 운영

• 회계 시스템 일상 운영, 데이터 정확성 유지, 시스템 업데이트 및 문제 해결을 담당

* 자격요건

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

• 3+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Excel and accounting software

• 한국어 & 영어 구사자

* 연봉 : $65K ~ $75K (경험에 따라 조정가능)
