Position: Marketing Specialist
Part-Time or Freelancer preferred
Position Responsibilities
o Develop and produce digital content targeting building design architects including blog posts, project case studies, power point presentations, social media posts, building project photo showcases.
o Design, implement, and manage social media campaigns tailored to deliver digital content to targeted architectural firms, individuals, and segmented groups.
o Manage building project database of general information and photography
o Manage company website content.
Required Experience and Skills
o Professional graphic design utilizing Adobe suite of products
o Business writing, MS PowerPoint presentation development, MS Excel knowledge
o Photography and photo touch-up
o Good verbal communication
Other Non-Required but Desirable Experience
o Website management and SEO search engine optimization
Salary
o Negotiable/Based on experience
o During 90 days probation period pays 70% of the salary
