Job Description
We are the world leader in specialty pipe and tube fabrication machinery. Our 2 production and
assembly facilities are located in Europe and our North America sales and service facility is in the
Norcross/ Duluth GA area.
We are looking for a Service Engineer and the duties are as listed below.
We're looking for a dedicated, motivated employee with 5 or more years experience in the repair
of industrial machinery and a superior working knowledge of mechanical, PLC and PC control
repair. A 2 yr. degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or other related technical field, or four
years military experience in the mechanical/electrical field is required. Frequent weekday
overnight travel will be required, with most weekends at home. You must possess excellent
communication and PC skills, along with a clean driving record and valid driver's license, and be
able to pass a drug test. The company benefit package includes medical & prescription insurance,

Requirements
2 yr. degree or 4 yrs. military experience in mechanical/electrical field
5* or* more yrs. industrial machinery troubleshooting experience and field service experience
Travel in the range or 50% after training
Fluency in English is mandatory, conversational Spanish would be an asset.

Duties and responsibilities include the following:
Installation, start-up, commissioning and test of machinery purchased by our customers
Technical assistance during and after warranty period on site or by phone / computer
Training customer's employees and other services on the equipment delivered to the customer.
Customer demonstrations and sample / prototype part manufacturing.
Other tasks as required.
