*Job Description

1.  Support Human Resources initiatives to recruit and retain the best and brightest team members.

2.  Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract salaried and hourly workforce.

3.  Researches, analyzes, evaluates and administers corporate benefit plans/programs.

4.  Drug Test, Back Ground Checks and E-Verify for Temp to perm. [E-approval]

5.  Attendance management (Weekend plan/ Daily attendance/Weekly work report)

6.  Employee Incentive Event Management(EOM, SY Award, Safety Superstar)

7.  Manage official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook)

8.  Managing and uploading monitors-related tasks

9.  ESG, HQ report
