업무내용

회계 소프트웨어 및 스프레드시트에 정확하게 재무 데이터를 입력합니다.
송장, 지불 및 수금 처리를 지원하며 미수/미지금을 모니터링하고 미수/미지금에 대한 후속 조치를 취합니다.
은행 명세서를 확인하고 모든 거래가 정확하게 기록되도록 합니다.
경비를 기록하고 분류하여 회사 정책을 준수하도록 합니다.
세금 신고를 준비하고 세법을 준수하도록 지원합니다.
필요한 문서 및 설명을 제공하여 내부 및 외부 감사에 도움을 줍니다.
기본적인 재무 분석
재무 기록과 문서를 유지합니다.

지원자격
- 고등학교 졸업 및 관련 경력 1 년이상 우대
- 마이크로 소프트 word & excel 사용 능력
- 퀵북 경험자 우대
- 영어/한국어 가능자

Job Title: Junior Accounting Assistant

Location: Duluth, GA

Working Hours: Full Time (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm ET)

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in the preparation of the annual plan, budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
Participate in construction planning, logistics, and operations from a financial aspect.
Support the General Manager's work.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Outstanding communication, analytical, planning, and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent judgment to deal with ambiguity.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.


COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Quickbook user preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1 year of relevant experience.
English-Korean bilingual.
Legally permitted to work in the U.S.
