Plant Support Engineer in Electric Vehicle Battery production plants
We are hiring for multiple positions such as Project Manager, Plant Support Engineer, PLC programmer, Office Admin and CNC Machinist

Woowon Technology Inc. USA is a branch of the Woowon System in Korea.
Woowon System manufactures advanced automated manufacturing equipment for the Electric Vehicle Battery.

As Woowon is expanding the electric vehicle battery business in the USA, Woowon Technology Inc. USA is looking for a plant support engineer in electric vehicle battery production plants.

– Location: Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee

[Requirements]
1. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, but not necessary
2. Bilingual in Korean and English

[Preferred but Not required]
1. High school
2. 2 ~ 7 years’ experience in Automated Equipment Engineering or other similar equipment areas. (not required but bonus)
3. Prefer someone who has experience in a customer-facing role (application, engineering support, etc.)

[Responsibilities] - Plant Support Engineer
1. Provide post-sales technical support and training in automated equipment
2. Involve in customer installation and training.
3. Conduct troubleshooting, repairing, and equipment modification works.
4. Respond to situations and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
5. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems to design/software engineering.
6. Provide feedback to the Engineering group on specific processes or other issues with customers’ comments when necessary.
7. Act as the technical contact to achieve the commercial objectives for the automated equipment business.


[Responsibilities] - Project Manager
1. Leading the new machine installation project
2. Communicating between the customer and Headqurater in Korea
3. Handling the technicians and leading the team

[Responsibilities] - PLC Programmer
1. Support the senior PLC programmer
2. Modify the existing program and installing into the machines.
3. Monitor the new program and work with internal and external customers to improve the program.

[Responsibilities] - Office Admin
1. Support various HR and Financial works and assist the managers for their success

[Responsibilities] - CNC Machinist Leader
1. Leading the CNC Machinist in Kentucky and Tennessee



Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 above ~ per year
