Job Duties & Qualifications


Freight Forwarding (Inbound Operations)- Full Time

Entry Level – 0명 (신입,경력)/ 창고직 - 0명

Job Location:  Duluth, Georgia

Job Duties & Qualifications:

 - ​​Equivalent work experience preferred, but not required

 - ​​Monitoring and follow-up with customers, overseas agents, and other vendors

 - ​​Customer service skills and problem-solving skills regarding transportation systems, and customer issues

 - ​​Manage and negotiate with carriers/forwarder/broker selection to maintain rate and service contracts

 - ​​Excellent communicating and reporting skills to upper management regarding all but not limited to costs,

    special projects, and any issues.

 - ​​Responsible, organized with the skills to multi-task

 - ​​Self-motivated and able to work independently and interactively with other staff members

 - ​​Demonstrate expertise skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

 - ​​Familiarity with various logistics/accounting programs is a plus

 - ​​Bi-lingual in both English and Korean

 - ​​Must be able to legally work in the US
