Responsibilities include but are not limited to
. plan, coordinate and direct the administrative functions of an organization.
. strategic planning for staffing, conducting interviews and hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere.
. consult with the management on developing and implementing HR policies & strategies.
. serve as a link between an organization's management and it's employees.
. Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employee
. Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

. Bilingual
