Boxete Group is now hiring a business development manager to manage the business operations. Boxete Group is newly founded to launch virtual kitchen concepts with in-house brands and also with partner brands. franchise development and real estate development to grow Boxete and its brands of concept and franchise brands.


Job Description
Develop strategic action plans to manage Boxete Operations including new business development, new store developments, and future growth development.
Establish relationships with decision-makers; restaurant managers and partners.
Adjust approach to each potential partner, assess prospect needs, clearly communicate advantages, and identify and overcome challenges.
Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities and develop a strategy for closing new business deals or new Boxete partner accounts.


Education and Experience
Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Sales and Marketing, or related fields are preferred).
Restaurant management experience is a plus but not required
Successful Record of Achievement: Proven experience developing new pipeline opportunities and generating revenue.


Position Type and Compensation
This is a full-time salaried exempt position,
