SUMMARY:
Oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. Major areas of responsibility include recruiting and staffing, performance management, employee orientation and training, employee relations, employee communications, compensation and benefits. Assists and advises senior management on Human Resources issues. Works in collaboration with members of the human resources teams to support the human resources needs of the customers.

Qualifications

• Korean/English bilingual preferred.
• Advanced data entry, daily reports, payroll, and human resources
• Strong computer skills and experience with office management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leading and directing all routine functions of the HR department including payroll, health benefits, 401(K), and enforcing company policies and practices.
• Supports, guides, and supervises the Human Resources team.
• Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Department of Labor, worker compensation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and so forth. Maintains minimal company exposure to lawsuits.
• Formulates and recommends human resources policies and objectives focused on establishing a high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and the achievement of goals, professional development, and the recruitment and retention of a highly qualified workforce.
• Develops and monitors the human resources operating budget to support the company goals and objectives. Manages the selection and use of Human Resources information systems to support goals and objectives.
• Supervising HR activities, payroll, benefits, reports documents.
• Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including payroll, 401(K), and Workers’ compensation.
• Maintaining pay plan and analyzing trends in benefits program.
• Managing the employee profile and filling employee leave, ADA, FMLA etc.
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
• Managing and coordinate payroll, and ADP system.
