Position: GENERAL AFFAIR SPECIALIST
Location: COVINGTON, GA

JOB SUMMARY
Absolics is a leading provider of advanced packaging technologies and services, offering scalable solutions for business of high-performance computing. The General Affairs Specialist at Absolics will have a unique opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team. The position is responsible for negotiating with suppliers to purchase goods and services for the company they represent.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Track all supplies, hardware, and assets
• Evaluate suppliers by considering price, quality, availability, and other criteria
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best deals on behalf of the company
• Verify purchases by comparing them to a master list and recommending alternatives for expensive or irrelevant products
• Interact with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
• Authorize payments and maintain receipts, records, and inventories

REQUIREMENT:
• Ability to work under pressure and able to multi-task
• Creative thinking and an ability to communicate concisely both verbally and in writing
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of leadership and across organizations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English and Korean

QUALITIFICATION:
• Language – Korean/English/Spanish preferred
• Negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Judgment and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

EDUCATION :
• Minimum Associate’s degree

EXPERIENCE:
• Administrative experience within a manufacturing/operational environment preferred
