Raw Material (RM) Supervisor @ Dalton, GA (원자재 관리 책임자)

Contract Period: 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity

Location: Dalton, GA (Onsite)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (subject to change)

주요 업무:

원자재 관리 (Raw Material Management)

원자재 입고, 취급, 보관 관련 일상 운영을 총괄 관리

모든 원자재에 대한 라벨링, 문서 관리, 추적성 확보

원자재 재고 수준 모니터링 및 물류팀과 협업하여 적시 보충 조율

생산 계획 지원을 위한 일일/주간 원자재 수급 현황 보고서 작성

품질 및 컴플라이언스 (Quality & Compliance)

입고 원자재의 품질 및 안전 기준 충족 여부 점검

품질관리(QC)팀과 협업하여 샘플링, 테스트, 승인 절차 진행

부적합품 및 유효기간 경과 원자재의 적절한 분리 및 관리

재고 관리 (Inventory Control)

WMS 시스템을 통한 정확한 재고 기록 유지

정기적인 실사 및 재고 차이 분석/조정

폐기 및 손실 최소화를 위한 FIFO/FEFO 운영

팀 리더십 (Team Leadership)

창고 및 원자재 취급 직원 감독 및 교육

일일 작업 배정 및 직원 성과, 안전, 규정 준수 모니터링

안전 및 하우스키핑 (Safety & Housekeeping)

원자재 보관 구역의 안전, 위생, 환경 기준 준수 관리

PPE 사용 및 안전한 취급 절차 준수 지도

창고 정리정돈 및 5S 운영 관리

자격 요건:

한국어 및 영어 이중 언어 능력 필수

창고 운영, 재고 관리 시스템, 자재 취급 관련 지식 보유

ERP 시스템(SAP, Oracle, Odoo 등) 사용 경험 우대

원자재 관리 또는 창고 관리 관련 경력 우대

강한 커뮤니케이션, 리더십, 문제 해결 능력

압박 환경에서의 업무 수행 및 복수 업무 동시 처리 능력

Raw Material (RM) Supervisor @ Dalton, GA

Key Responsibilities:

Raw Material Management

Supervise daily operations of raw material receiving, handling, and storage.

Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and traceability of all raw materials.

Monitor raw material levels and coordinate timely replenishment with the logistics team.

Verify material availability and prepare daily/weekly reports for production planning.

Quality & Compliance

Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) on sampling, testing, and approval processes.

Ensure proper segregation of non-conforming or expired materials.

Inventory Control

Maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to reduce waste and ensure material freshness/quality.

Team Leadership

Supervise and train warehouse/raw material handling staff.

Assign daily tasks and monitor performance, safety, and compliance.

Safety & Housekeeping

Ensure raw material storage areas comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

Enforce proper use of PPE and safe material handling practices.

Oversee warehouse housekeeping and organization (5S implementation is a plus).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bilingual: Korean and English

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control systems, and material handling.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) preferred.

Experience in raw material supervision or warehouse management is a plus.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
