**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced pharmacy technician who will perform daily pharmacy tasks and patient care in our team.

**Responsibilities:**

Pharmacy Technician

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Process prescriptions and prepare medications accurately.
• Resolve insurance rejection issues.
• Answers and directs phone calls.
• Translate Koraen patient inquiries to internal team members.
• Organize OTC products and reception area.  
• Learn OTC cosmetic products and handle customer inquiries.
• Refill reminders and aged prescription follow ups. 
• Meets productivity goals for fast paced environment.
• Monitors workflow priorities to ensure promise times.
• Communicate with patients in professional manner to alert them of any issues or delays with their prescription.
• Coordinate/Prepare medication deliveries.
• Cooperate with pharmacists to meet State Laws and Regulations.

**Requirements**

- Prior experience in retail pharmacy (At least 1 years)

- Effective written and oral communication skills

- Professional and courteous; demonstrates PCP core values

- Problem solving and strong math skills

- A demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail

- Personal pride in delivering high quality products while following operational protocols and requirements

- A highly motivated and productive self-starter

- Ability to prioritize tasks and excellent time management in a fast paced, high volume workload environment

- High School Diploma/GED

- Current active GA pharmacy technician license
