Operations Specialist– Duluth, GA

[직무 개요]

일일 거래의 확인 및 고객 예금 계좌의 유지 관리를 효율적이고 정확하게 수행하는 역할을 담당하며 은행 시스템 내 운영 부서의 모든 지침을 준수해야 합니다.

• 수신 및 발신 수표 조정 업무 수행 및 관련 사항 조사

• 예외 항목 처리 (미기입 항목, 지급 정지, 부족 자금 등)

• 수신 및 발신 전신 송금 업무 수행

• 자동이체(ACH), 원격 입금 캡처(Remote Deposit Capture), 모바일 입금(Mobile Deposit) 검토 및 관리

[자격 요건]

• 고등학교 졸업 또는 동등한 학력

• 은행업 경력 2년 이상 우대 (필수아님)

• 텔러(은행 창구 직원) 경험

• 금융 상품에 대한 지식

• 은행 규정에 대한 지식

• 한국어와 영어 모두 능통한분

Operations Specialist- Duluth, GA

[Job Overview]

Operation Specialist is responsible for verification of daily transactions and maintenance of customers’ deposit accounts efficiently and accurately.

Also, responsible to follow all Operations department guidelines in banking system.

• Perform and research Incoming and Outgoing check adjustment

• Perform exception items(Non-Post, Stop Payment & NSF)

• Perform Incoming and Outgoing Wires

• Review and maintain ACH transaction, Remote Deposit Capture & Mobile Deposit

[Requirements/Qualifications]

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years banking experience preferred

• Previous teller experience

• Product knowledge

• Fluency in the English language

• Bank regulation knowledge

• bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred
