채용조건:

-          견적 관련 직장에서 2년이상 일하신 분

-          Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook/Gmail  프로그램 사용과 영어로 비지니스 의사소통에 문제가 없으신 분

-          건축설계도면 보실 수 있는분

-          Construction Management / Architecture / Interior Design 전공 또는 유사한 업무 경험자

-          건축 견적프로그램 사용 해 보신 분 (Bluebeam, Planswift 등)

-          미국 회사 취업에 결격사유가 없는 분

Job Title: Estimator- Siding (All Levels)

All Season Exteriors LLC, a leading turnkey siding and roofing vendor for major construction companies, is seeking an experienced estimator to add to our team, for residential and multi-family (new construction and remodel) siding and roofing estimates.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with architectural plans, estimating software and general MS Office products. Additional experience in construction industry (especially siding and roofing) will be highly valued.

As an Estimator, you will:
• Perform takeoff (measuring) using measuring software.
• Prepare material list with accurate material counts needed to complete jobs.
• Create pricing estimates/proposals.
• Communicate with our sales, field, and operation teams to determine specifications for each individual project as well as outlining the scope of work before and during the estimate-project process.
• Organize documents and maintain accurate records.
• Review and ensure all details and specifications are correctly included in takeoffs and proposals.


A qualified candidate will have:
• Hands-on experience in measuring/estimating software, such as Bluebeam.
• Accuracy and great attention to detail.
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in working with architectural plans.
• Working-level knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Related industry certification or qualification will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 to 3:30 pm)
