Hiring] Logistics Operation Staff – Cerritos, CA

? Location: 17785 Center Court Dr. Suite 450, Cerritos, CA 90703
? Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
? Contract Period: 6+ months (Extension option available)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and strong negotiation support.

• Handle import logistics, global import operations, and Customs Compliance.

• Develop and maintain operational plans based on customer requirements.

• Prepare pricing for ocean, air, and trucking freight with carriers or 3rd party logistics providers.

• Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal shipping and transportation regulations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations (import/export/trucking).

• Preferably 2+ years in freight forwarding or logistics industry (Ocean/Air).

• Warehouse (WMS) experience preferred.

• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

• Bilingual in English and Korean (required).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
