2026 Alfrex Spring Internship: AI & Automation

Alfrex, Inc. is launching an Operational Process Innovation Innitiave with three clear goals:

1. Increase operational capacity to handle future growth without increasing headcount.
2. Shift teams from reactive maintenance work to proactive, growth-driving work.
3. Remove bulk of repetivie administrative work, reducing stress and freeing people to do meaningful work.

To help with this initiative, we're looking for two (2) on-site interns who will help map our processes, measure performance, and build AI-automation solutions that actually gets used on a day-to-day basis. This is a hands-on, builder role: you will work directly with operations, PM, sales, production and leadership at our Buford, GA headquarters.

Program Overview

• Opening(s): 2 Interns
• Location: Alfrex, Inc. Headquarter—Buford, GA (On-site only)
• Duration: 12 weeks (TBD) + Possible Extension
• Hours: 20~24 hours per week (Flexible)
• Application Deadline: February 20th, 2026
• Department: Innovations (Operations Team)
• Compensation: Paid ($20/hr) + Perks 

Who This Internship is For

This internship is open to anyone who meet the following criteria:

• Current Junior/Seniors and recent graduates looking to kickstart their careers in building operational solutions in an enterprise settings
• Recent graduates looking to kickstart career in real-life application of AI and Automation in enterprise settings
• Career switchers with relevant skills and strong motivation to work in operations, data, AI and automation-related projects

Who We're Looking For

• Bi-lingual: English (Native/Fluent) and Korean (Fluent/Proficient)
• On-site Availability for the duration of the internship period (12-weeks); work days and hours are flexible
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 
• Strong comfort withdigital tools and onlineplatforms (you pick them up quicky, explore features on your own and aren't afraid to test and learn)
• Ability to create clear, structured documents and diagrams
• Ability to build solutions of real-world problems with creative problem-solving skills
• Strong anlyticial thinking and attention to detail
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
