Position:Construction Project Manager/Engineer (All Level, 00 명) 

고용형태:정규직 (Full-Time) 

근무지:Savannah, GA / Auburn, AL 

 

담당 업무: 

•  프로젝트 관련 도면, 요청서(RFI), 기술 보고서, 품질관리(QC/QA) 문서, 협력업체 및 하도급업체 제출 문서 등 각종 기술 문서의 체계적 관리 및 기록 유지 
•  건설 현장 관리: 일일, 주간, 월간 공정 계획 수립 및 진행 상황 모니터링 
•  프로젝트 일정 및 비용 관리 지원: 현장 공정 및 자재 사용 실적 기록 및 보고 
•  문서 유지보수 및 품질 향상을 위한 자료 검토 및 최신화 작업 
•  현장 시공 품질 점검 및 시정 조치 관리(QC Inspection) 
•  현장 안전 규정 준수 여부 점검 및 안전 미팅(Safety Meeting) 진행 지원 
•  발주처 및 관련 기관과의 기술 검토 회의 및 현장 방문 대응 
•  협력업체 및 하도급업체와의 기술적 커뮤니케이션 및 관리 업무 수행 

 

자격 요건: 

•  미국 내 합법적 근무 자격 보유자 (시민권자, 영주권자 또는 적법 비자 소지자) 
•  건설관리(Construction Management), 토목공학(Civil Engineering), 건축공학(Architectural Engineering) 또는 유관 분야 학사 학위 이상 소지자, 또는 관련 전문 자격증 보유자 우대 
•  대형 건설, 인프라, 산업 플랜트 등 프로젝트 수행 경험 1 년 이상 보유자 (신입 지원 가능, 인턴 경험 인정) 
•  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 사용 능숙자 
•  Bluebeam, Primavera P6, AutoCAD 등 관련 프로그램 활용 가능자 우대 
•  한국어 및 영어 이중언어 가능자 우대 
•  긍정적이고 성실한 업무 태도 및 팀워크 능력 보유자

 Hiring: Construction Project Manager/Engineer

 Position: Construction Project Manager/Engineer (All Levels, Multiple Openings)
 Employment Type: Full-Time
 Work Locations: Savannah, GA / Auburn, AL

 

Job Responsibilities:

●       Organize and maintain technical documentation, including project drawings, RFIs, technical reports, quality control (QC/QA) documents, and submissions from subcontractors and vendors.

●       Manage on-site construction activities: plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly construction schedules.

●       Assist with project scheduling and cost control: track and report construction progress and material usage.

●       Review and update documents to support document control and quality improvements.

●       Conduct on-site quality inspections and manage corrective actions (QC Inspections).

●       Ensure compliance with safety regulations and assist in conducting safety meetings.

●       Participate in technical review meetings and respond to site visits from clients and regulatory agencies.

●       Facilitate technical communication and coordination with subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications:

●       Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa holder).

●       Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

●       At least 1 year of experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or industrial plant projects (entry-level applicants and internship experience will be considered).

●       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

●       Preferred: Familiarity with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

●       Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus.

●       Strong teamwork skills with a positive and responsible attitude.
