Job Title: Office Manager
Job Summary: As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning. You will manage administrative tasks, generate reports, facilitate marketing campaigns and graphic designs, manage social media, coordinate schedules, and support various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage marketing campaigns and social media
• Generate reports and manage company assets, policy, etc. via Square
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
• Manage office budgets and expenses, tracking and reporting as necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• College degree preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Graphic design skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in office administration or related field is preferred.
