* Operations Officer (Suwanee Branch, GA)

Responsibilities

• Orgainize, supervise, and manage/support branch operations and provide high quality customer service while establishing controls that incorporate:
• Segregation of duties and appropriate supervision.
• Review and clearing exception items, conditions and transaction reconciliation.
• Review regularly occurring functions and reports.
• Report on discrepancies in operating functions or daily generated reports
• Maintain adequate working environmental controls.
• Demonstrate initiative and strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively prevent and solve problems
• Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor in all forms of communication, including written, in-person, and phone interactions with customers

Requirements

• Minimum Five (5) years of experience in banking/branch operations and minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory position required.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of banking regulations, retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention.
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• College degree preferred but not required. (combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered)

* New Account/Customer Service Representative (Suwanee Branch, GA)

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager and Operations Officers in new account acquisition, customer retention and expansion of the branch’s customer base.
• Work accurately with close attention to detail and take initiatives and prioritize tasks with good time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and promote upselling bank products and services as appropriate to customer requirements. 
• Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor in all forms of communication, including written, in-person, and phone interactions with customers

Requirements

•  Minimum three (3) years of experience in banking; branch operations experience required.
• General knowledge and understanding of banking regulations, retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention.
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred (combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered)

 * Teller (Suwanee Branch, GA)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing excellent service, handling transactions, and maintaining accuracy in cash-handling and retail sales duties.
• Clearly communicate and answer customer questions about basic banking services, such as account balances and interest rates, fees etc.
• Maintain attention to detail and adapt to changes as needed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor in all forms of communication, including written, in-person, and phone interactions with customers
• Utilize computer systems and banking software effectively, ensuring smooth operations and customer service.

Requirements

• No prior banking experience required (experience in retail sales and customer service, including cash-handling, is a plus.)
• Bilingual in English & Korean.
• High School Diploma required (combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered)
