Job Opportunity: Bilingual (English/Korean) Construction Management

Job Positions:

1. Construction Site Management

Job Responsibilities:

1. Construction Site Management

• Develop and manage construction schedules.
• Oversee material and equipment management and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure on-site safety and quality control.
• report construction progress and prepare related documents.
• Identify and resolve issues as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both English and English.

2. Administrative Support

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare documents, enter data, and generate reports.
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, file organization, and correspondence handling.
• Assist with project management and document tracking.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both English and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or familiarity with industrial piping is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Korean .
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
