안녕하세요, 

한식 레스토랑 The Bite of Korea에서 함께하실 General Manager분을 모집합니다. 

1. 위치: 4650 Hugh Howell Rd, Ste 670, Tucker, GA 30084

2. Position: General Manager

3. Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including open and closing procedures, ensuring that the restaurant is running efficiently and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Financial Oversight: Manage the restaurant's budget, monitor financial performance, and work to maximize profitability. This includes analyzing financial reports, managing expenses, and setting sales targets.

• Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff. The GM is responsible for creating a positive work environment, scheduling shifts, and managing employee performance.

• Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained. Handle customer complaints and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Inventory and Supplies: Oversee ordering and stocking of supplies and inventory management to ensure the kitchen and FOH have what they need to operate smoothly. Also pick up items from different suppliers as needed.

• Quality Control: Ensure that food and service quality meet the restaurant’s standards. This involves regular inspections and monitoring to maintain consistency.

• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including working on promotional events or partnerships.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure the restaurant complies with all local laws and regulations, including health, safety, and employment laws.

• Event Coordination: Oversee any special events like catering to ensure they are executed smoothly and meet client expectations.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports to the restaurant owner or stakeholders on performance metrics and improvement plans.

(finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

• Strong analytical ability

• Problem-solving aptitude

• Degree in business management or a masters in business administration.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
