▨ 업무 내용
MT Technician shall work on a maintenance team and also be able to work independently to ensure continuous operation of equipment at AJIN GA. These activities include supporting production (in minimizing downtime during production hours) and PM activities and tasks. The MT Technician shall troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
PM activities are keys to AJIN GA’s maintenance team success. During times not in direct repair of equipment, MT Technician shall perform preventative, predictive, and other activities that also includes routine maintenance tasks to support minimizing of production downtime.
Other support activities include cleaning, organizing, and sweeping of work area. Work also includes welding, forming, and fabrication of required fixtures, shelving, and other tools and materials as necessary to meet department needs.
Weekend and holidays are essential in completing tasks and preventive maintenance activities.
All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. Overtime is an expectation based on workload and equipment repair requirements.
The job scope of this position involves all related activities in support of the Maintenance Dept that includes: keeping clean of work area, completion of necessary paperwork and checklists, and any other activity requested by department team leader, supervisor, engineer and manager.
As the maintenance department performs as a support function to the production department, key performance characteristics include courteous, patient, and professional conduct at all times during working hours.
▨ 자격조건
High level of mechanical, electrical and troubleshooting skills
Willing to work a changing shift schedule and available for weekend PM or repair work that includes holidays
Ability to lift 50 pounds plus (not a major duty, up to cases)
Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings
Ability to write detailed repair reports as well as good verbal communication
Basic tool sets including a tool-belt with essential tools: screwdrivers, pliers, allen wrench set, and crescent wrench. Carry & support radio communications at all times during work hours.
▨ 급 여 : $80,000~$100,000k/year and up(한화 약 1억 1,000만원 이상, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)
