We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented team member to join our digital marketing and web services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for social media content design and management, client communication, and basic web design tasks. This role requires both creative skills and strong interpersonal communication to meet the unique needs of each client and ensure high-quality marketing output.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Social Media Design & Management
• Client Communication & Coordination
• Content Planning & Customization
• General Administrative Duties

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

• Experience with social media platforms, content schedulers (like Buffer or Later), and basic analytics.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Work Environment & Conditions:.

• May require occasional meetings or on-site visits with clients.

• Expected to use company-provided tools or approved platforms for design and communication.

Work hour: Mon-Friday: 9am ~ 6pm (1hour lunch)
