Procon E&C is seeking an Accounting and HR Manager to oversee financial operations and human resources management for our construction projects. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, and HR management while supporting advanced financial operations through our cloud-based ERP system, Acumatica.

The role requires expertise in financial and HR management, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing financial operations, and maintaining company policies and employee records. You will play a crucial role in streamlining financial and administrative functions while collaborating with outsourced CPAs and managing employee performance and benefits.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  Financial & Accounting Responsibilities:

Manage month-end procedures, including financial close processes and bank reconciliations.

Prepare financial statements, business reports, and cash flow forecasts.

Analyze Work in Progress (WIP) reports and manage project financials.

Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and assisting in implementing audit recommendations.

Collaborate with outsourced CPAs for financial guidance and compliance.

Optimize financial operations using Acumatica ERP.

Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring accuracy with purchase orders and invoices.

Apply and verify internal approval processes based on the Delegation of Authority.

Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, classified, and reconcile.

 

 HR & Administrative Responsibilities:

Supervise the Admin Manager to oversee recruitment, termination, leave management, performance reviews, company policies, and benefits programs.

Provide coverage for the Admin Manager or Corporate Management team members when they are on leave or unavailable.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in construction accounting or a project-based accounting environment is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Acumatica ERP or other cloud-based ERP systems.

Knowledge of HR best practices and administrative policies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in managing HR functions, including policy implementation, performance reviews, and benefits administration.

Admin Manager를 supervise하여 recruitment, termination, leave management, performance review, company policy 및 benefits program 운영을 관리

Admin Manager 또는 Corporate Management 팀원이 leave 중이거나 unavailable할 경우 해당 업무를 지원

 

자격 요건:

Accounting, Finance, Business Administration 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위

건설 회계 또는 프로젝트 기반 회계 경험 우대

MS Excel 및 Acumatica ERP 또는 기타 cloud-based ERP 시스템 사용 능력

강한 분석력, 문제 해결 능력 및 조직 관리 능력

HR best practice, employee policy 및 benefits administration에 대한 이해
