주요업무
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Support audit engagements by gathering and organizing client documentation
- Assist with tax return preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
- Perform basic bookkeeping and general ledger data entry
- Conduct research on accounting and tax issues under the guidance of senior staff
- Communicate with clients to collect financial data and clarify inquiries
- Work closely with managers and senior accountants on various accounting and consulting projects
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Maintain accurate and organized workpapers and documentation
자격요건
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus
