주요업무

· Monitor and respond to problems with computer systems. This includes covering phone and radio calls from production and maintenance. 

· Promptly respond to and resolve issues and requests as they arise. 

· Work with other Analysts and other MES team members to resolve issues. 

· Escalate issues as per MES escalation standards

· Reconfigure and replace computers, scanners, and printers as they fail.

· Attend some holidays and the summer shutdown period to perform preventative maintenance of computers and MES equipment throughout the plant.

· Assist customers with installations and modifications regarding MES systems. This includes: computer installation, scanner installation and computer repair.

 

자격요건

· 2+ years of IT experience.

· Strong computer troubleshooting, hardware, and software support

· Experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Web Browsers, and taking phone calls

· Experience with building computers, imaging computers or installing Windows

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

· CompTIA A+ preferred
