1. 모집 분야: 수입/수출 업무 (경력 및 신입)

주요 업무:

• 항공/해상 수출 서류 작성 (MB/L, MAWB, HB/L, HAWB, 매니페스트, 인보이스, 딜리버리 오더, 리포트 등)

• 경쟁력 있는 운임 조사 및 가격 책정

• 화물의 운송 상태를 실시간으로 추적 및 업데이트, 고객 문의 응대

• 고객, 협력업체, 대리점 및 내부 직원과의 원활한 협력 관계 유지

• A/R, A/P 청구 및 손익 보고서 작성

• 기타 관련 업무 수행

2. 지원 자격:

• 경력: 국제/국내 수출입 업무 1년 이상 경험자 우대

• 지식: 물류 및 공급망(Supply Chain) 관련 이해도가 높은 자

• 필요 역량:

  • 문제 해결 능력 및 멀티태스킹 능력 보유

  • 세부 사항에 대한 꼼꼼함 및 수치 계산 정확성

  • 독립적 업무 수행 능력 및 팀워크 중시하는 자세

• 언어: 영어 및 한국어 가능자 우대

• 컴퓨터: MS Office 활용 능력 필수

• 근무 요건: 미국 내 근무에 결격 사유가 없는 자

We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Atlanta Branch (Duluth, GA 30097).

1. Position: Freight Forwarding Operation Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare air/ocean export documentation (MB/L instruction, MAWB, HB/L or HAWB, manifest, invoices, delivery orders, reports).

• Research competitive rates and pricing for profitability.

• Track, trace, and update shipment statuses daily; follow up on inquiries.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, agents, and co-workers.

• Manage A/R, A/P billing and report Profit & Loss timely.

• Perform other assigned duties.

2. Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years in domestic/international import/export operations preferred.

• Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes, challenges, and solutions.

• Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy with numbers/calculations.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Languages: Proficiency in English and Korean preferred.

• Tech Skills: MS Office proficiency.

• Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
