1. Accountant (신입 및 경력)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

·      At least 2+ years of experience in accounting
·      Must be able to use Quickbooks 
·   Proficiency in Excel
  - Organize time sheets and invoice 
·   AP/AR

 2. HR/ 총무 (신입 및 경력)

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

• Assist in Recruitment Efforts: Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit for management and hourly positions.

• Engage in Recruiting Events: Attend job fairs, recruitment events, and promotional opportunities to enhance the applicant pool and generate interest in available positions.

• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations activities, including addressing complaints, conducting investigations, and overseeing performance management.

• Compensation Evaluation: Assist in the periodic assessment of compensation structures and programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and effectiveness within the market.

• Job Description Coordination: Work with department managers to create or evaluate job descriptions, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational needs.

• Training and Development Management: Evaluate, establish, and maintain training and development initiatives tailored to the needs of assigned business units.

• Stay Informed on HR Trends: Remain up-to-date with employment and labor laws, as well as current HR trends, to ensure compliance and best practices.
