경력 요건: On-site Supervisor 또는 유관 업무 경력 1년 이상

■ 근무 형태

주간 근무 업무 상황에 따라 연장 근무 발생 가능 주 3회 내외 (업무 물량 및 현장 운영 상황에 따라 변동 가능)

■ 주요 업무

고객사 요청사항 및 현장 이슈에 대한 신속하고 정확한 대응 현장 작업자 관리, 근무 스케줄 조정 및 출결 관리 생산 및 작업 과정 전반에 대한 품질 관리 및 품질 이슈 대응 고객사 및 내부 유관 부서와의 커뮤니케이션 및 보고 업무 현장 운영 프로세스 준수 여부 관리 및 개선 지원

■ 자격 요건

현장 관리 또는 생산·운영 관련 업무 경력 1년 이상 영어 및 한국어로 원활한 의사소통 가능자 책임감 있고 문제 해결 능력이 우수한 분 조직 관리 및 현장 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유한 분 고객 대응 및 품질 관리 업무에 대한 이해도가 높은 분

Job Opening: On-site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible On-site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations and ensure efficient workflow and quality control. This role is critical in managing on-site personnel, addressing client needs, and resolving quality-related issues through clear and effective communication.

■ Position Overview

• Position Title: On-site Supervisor
• Number of Openings: 1
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Experience Requirement
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an On-site Supervisor or in a related operational role
• Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and Korean (Business-level communication required)

■ Work Schedule

• Day Shift
• Overtime may be required based on operational needs (Approx. up to 3 times per week, subject to workload and site conditions)

■ Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to client requests and on-site operational issues
  
• Supervise on-site staff, including workforce management, scheduling, and attendance tracking
  
• Oversee quality control throughout production and operational processes and address quality issues as they arise
  
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and internal departments, including reporting and issue escalation
• Ensure compliance with on-site operational procedures and support continuous process improvements

■ Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in site supervision, operations, production, or a related field
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proven leadership, organizational, and on-site communication skills
  
• Solid understanding of client service and quality management processes
